Teams Ages Min Requirements Preferred
Mini 6-8 yrs old cartwheel (on a line) BHS on Trampoline
Youth 9-11 yrs old Handstand to a bridge BHS on cheese
Junior 10-14 yrs old BHS on Trampoline BHS on floor
Senior 13-18 yrs old BHS on floor  RO 2 BHS

Teams Levels Practices
Mini 1 or 2 1 a week and tumbling (2 total) 2.5 hrs a week
Youth 2

2 a week and tumbling (3 total) 5 hrs a week
Junior 3

2 a week and tumbling (3 total) 5 hrs a week
Senior 4 2 a week and tumbling (3 total) 6 hrs a week
