SPEED AND STRENGTH CLASS: Boys and Girls, ages 8 and up.
This class is designed to improve strength, agility, flexibility, coordination, speed and endurance needed for All Sports.
No matter what sport a child participates in; soccer, baseball, football, basketball or track, this class will improve their performance. The class is taught using exercises in agility, flexibility, coordination, strength building, speed and running.
    
Attire for this class is shorts and t-shirts. Tennis shoes are required for running.
