Beginner TUMBLING Program: Girls and Boys, ages 7 and up.

This program teaches skills in Tumbling (Floor) only.
Courthouse Gymnastics Co. recommends that a child have at least one year of Gymnastics classes before enrolling in a Tumbling class in order to build upper body strength needed for safer, stronger tumbling.

Beginner Tumbling classes teach basic tumbling skills leading up to a Back Handspring. A student can move from this class to Intermediate Tumbling once they can do a Back Handspring by themselves on trampoline and at least a tic tock on the incline mat.  This class is taught in a Safe, step by step method.
Beginner Tumbling classes have an average of 10 students per instructor.

Intermediate TUMBLING Program: Girls and Boys, ages 7 and up.
For this class students must be able to do a Back Handspring by themselves on Trampoline and be able to do at least a tic tock on the incline mat.
Students will work on perfecting the Back Handspring. Students will progress to training a Round Off Back Handspring and multiple Back Handsprings. This class is taught in a Safe, step by step method.
Intermediate Tumbling classes have an average of 10 students per instructor.

Advanced TUMBLING Program: Girls and boys, ages 7 and up.
To be in the Advanced Tumbling class participants must have multiple back handsprings and be working on a round off back handspring tuck on either the tumble track or floor.
Students will be trained in advanced tumbling skills such as Fulls, Back Tucks and Layouts.
Advanced Tumbling classes have an average of 10 students per instructor.

Courthouse Gymnastics offers a Competitive Cheer program, “Dynamite Cheer”. Tryouts are held each year in May.
